The CSEF is a national organisation of community organisations which employ staff. The purpose of the CSEF is to improve the quality of employment in the community sector by: 

  • Developing a strong employers’ voice which can engage with government, other employer bodies and trade unions.
  • By providing advice and support to employers on employment law and good practice.

Our Employer Resource Bureau (ERB) provides information and guidance for all employers on employment law, policies, practices and procedures. It also includes a range of very useful template documents and briefings.

We are a not for profit organisation and are dependant on subscriptions and donations to keep our service going.
