Employer Resource Bureau (ERB)
The Employer Resoruce Bureau provides information, referrals, guidance and resources to employers. These cover many aspects of employment law, HR policies, practices and procedures. We also offer a range of very useful template documents and briefings.
The ERB can assist employers in ALL sectors in:
- Ensuring they are legally compliant and have the required policies and recording mechanisms in place.
- Effectively managing the organisation’s recruitment, retention, progression and appraisal processes.

Edward Power
The ERB was developed by HR specialist Edward Power who keeps the material up-to-date and produces the quarterly monitors. Edward is an HR Consultant and Trainer and is on approved panels of consultants at FAS, the Equality Authority, IBEC and Enterprise Boards.
