Recruitment Agencies

It is important to note that Recruitment Agencies also have responsibilities not to discriminate under the Employment Equality Act of 1998.

Organisations must advise recruitment agencies in writing not to screen candidates on any of the nine discriminatory grounds specified in the legislation.
